After my experience with Hop2, I tried to find another company to purchase my flight ticket. I landed to Ovago website. And their chat operator told me that "Looks like your already booked" and I noticed that they're a part of Hop2. I asked them about this and they said "No we aren't a part" but when I checked over internet I found information and they are same group. So they aren't trustworthy and they can lie to customers easily.

"Dirty sales tactics"

I have yet to travel on this, but they employ really nasty upsale tactics. I wouldn't mind getting an email listing possible additional products I can purchase. Instead, a few days after booking, they first send me a text message and then an email, saying verbatim as a faux personalized agent:
"I tried to contact you regarding the seat assignment for your upcoming travel as your travel is fast approaching to ensure a carefree flight here is the seat assignment option request you to reply to this email with your consent so that we can proceed further and get the seats assigned to your trip."
To an unsuspecting customer this sounds like a nice gesture that they will sort seat assignment for you. But in fact, this is not some courtesy email and if you read the bottom of the email, by responding they will assume this is a authorization for them to charge your CC for the money pay to get assigned seats.

Cara was polite and efficient. She listened to what I wanted and made it happen. And even when I thought we'd found the best option, Cara contacted me later with a better one!

Josie is the best travel agent I have ever encountered over my 20+ years on-line travel booking experience. She is very patient to answer all my questions and offers the cheapest flight ticket with a great airline. I really appreciate her help and will definitely come back to OVAGO for my next trip.

I made a purchase for my summer vacation on Ovago and after I paid and got an email to confirm my flight with the airline,I found a better route with exactly same price.I thought maybe it is not possible to modify because I settled up our seats,meals everything on airline website already although I tried just give it a go anyways.I talked a person on their chat and it was Gia.She took care of everything so quick and rebooked for me perfectly.I was so impressed especially it was right after I got a worst experience with "Kiwi.com".Gia was so helpful.I highly recommend Ovago with Gia.Thank you so much🩷
