I just booked a flight. Although, the website errored out twice and both booking went through without confirmation, the chat assistant Ezra was very kind and helpful, connecting me to customer support. Joseph from customer support helped me to cancel the double-booked flight. The moral of the story is, as long as you're a bit patient, the booking is very easy. The customer support team and chat assistants seem to really try and help you out. Just don't double book if the website says 404 error. Thank you Ezra and Joseph.
