I booked a trip through Ovago and got an email with the pending ticket status. I then contacted their customer service through chat to see when the tickets could be confirmed. Brooks from CS helped me answer all my questions in a very respectful manner and even escalated the process so I could receive the confirmation email soon. Within just about 15 minutes of chatting with her, I got the confirmation email from Ovago and could verify the status on the airline's website as well. I highly recommend booking through Ovago if you like discounted tickets and still want to have good customer service.
