I used this company as I had many issues with a holiday I booked through TUI. I paid Hunt ADR fees in hope that Tui would be held accountable, but this did not happen.
They are just there to take your money, do not waste your time and after they say you don’t have a claim you have to pay for the travel agent fees £108! Plus your own.
My complaint was in regards to paying for all inclusive … the hotel shut down at 21:45pm every night!
You were only allowed to get two drinks from the bar at anyone time, we were a family of 2 adults and 5 children!
Food was horrendous
Delayed an hour, sat on tarmac for 1 hour waiting for ladders, sat at luggage claim for 4.5hrs !!
Description and stars of the hotel all incorrect!
And this company states we don’t have a claim!
This company is a joke. I’m sure in this small snippet of my holiday people would agree there was a claim there !

"Do not use them for Travel Arbitration"
I wish I'd seen these reviews before I agreed to go to Travel Arbitration, part of Hunt ADR. Absolute waste of time and money and the arbitrator was obviously completely out of touch with being a customer in the care of a travel company, in this case TUI. We had a number of complaints over the holiday with TUI, the most serious of which was while being in the care of TUI being dropped off, while already running very late, at the wrong airport when coming home and having to fend for ourselves to get to the correct airport via taxi. It was a very stressful time, we almost missed our flight and this was a clear breach of their duty of care. The arbitrator's response was....... well that stressful time amounted to about 1% of the holiday and therefore de-minimis and therefore not worthy of any compensation. What planet is the arbitrator on?! It basically gives carte blanche for the holiday company to do anything they want if you just base time spent in absolute misery and stress compared to the overall holiday time when working out compensation! Avoid at all costs. In my opinion they are an absolute shambles and are completely on the side of the travel company. I repeat avoid at all costs.

This was a really interesting course. As a first contact with mediation I believe it might be really useful. I especially liked the module covering the case law for mediation!

It's a shame I can't leave zero stars. This is an absolute scam, please don't waste your money thinking these guys will assist you in any way. We had a claim against easyJet Holidays. Hunt ADR Arbitration have been absolutely useless. This was a complete waste of time and money and we feel ripped off and aggrieved. AVOID at all costs. They've replied underneath this review with crap about not representing either party, I don't believe this is true considering the details of my case and the fact that they did nothing at al to help despite a wad of evidence. Ignore their reply it's rubbish

"Fantastic Course Delivery For CMC Accredited Mediator"
I attended an intensive 1 week course with HUNT ADR and i am glad i did. The trainers and facilitators were absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
It was nice sharing experiences and finding out how mediation can help shape some of those experiences into better perspective. This is highly recommended for anyone looking to diversify in the mediation field.

"Travel Arbitration"
I made contact with Hunt ADR as part of taking a travel company to stage 2 of the ABTA process.
My experience is limited to registering the case as the travel company decided to settle in full during the period where they could submit their supporting evidence for their side of the case.
Registration was easy.
Dashboard easy to use.
Email Contact was professional.
I have no complaints regarding the contact I had with this company.

I was extremely disappointed with the Arbitrator's Judgement on hotel booked with Lastminute.com. I can see from the judgement they are not on the side of the consumer. I wouldn't even bother going to them

I knew I had received a bad service from my holiday provider and now that Travel Arbitration has found in my favour and my costs refunded I feel relieved and vindicated. I can now put that bad experience behind me. If you feel you have received poor service I would highly recommend this Travel Arbitration
