Really enjoyable, practical course which is delivered by highly experienced trainers. The course is fast paced and designed to give a good understanding of the mediation process and provide a thorough grounding for both the assessment and subsequent application as a professional mediator. Most enjoyable part for me was understanding more about the underlying psychology relating to managing the parties.

It was very fruitful for me as for the first time I had practically learned about mediation process. I enjoyed the training session specially the role play sessions. "Don't use them if you have a problem…"

Don't use them if you have a problem with your holiday, not what you booked, not the service you booked. Just bite your lip and don't use that holiday company again. We had all the proof of a holiday from hell.We went to ABTA then to arbitration and lost the case ! How we will never know but at the end of we had to pay our arbitration fee and Jet2 fee aswell,as we lost the case. Please save your well earned money and do not go to this arbitration. ABTA means nothing at all. If your holiday is not what you booked and was a total let down learn from it please don't waste your cash. And please save yourself from wasting your time. There's a big scam going on somewhere.
