Customer service called me with review I had written before. Not only did she apologize several times about the miscommunication, she took the time to explain how it happened. She made several adjustments to my preferences and guaranteed it wouldn't happen again! I'm very impressed how she cared and addressed all of the problems I had. Great Service!

I had an issue with my booking which resulted in the cruise line cancellation of my booking. Francine helped me out and had my booking rescheduled on the same cruise along with adding an additional person.
