I had the pleasure of working with Francine at Cruisebound! We were going through Hurricane Milton and need someone to actually hear us and know that we really were not trying to miss our cruise and had no way around being evacuated by this storm and the danger that it presented. She listened and helped us by contacting the right people to make sure we were in a position to rebook our next cruise without any issues.

"Cruise Bounds incompetence"

Company is full of incompetent individuals. You tell them something it and it goes in one ear out the other. Never using them again. I’ve called over 8 times to get my point across which still hasn’t even came across yet. Booking directly with the cruise line is the best thing anyone could do. Avoid this hassle at all costs. Don’t do cruise bound that’s forsure. I’ll get my money back for this scam of a business they’re operating.
