I didn’t purchase recently but did it nearly two years ago. The slides that I got during the time and the slides that I receive now are actually worlds a part. The earlier ones were more professional and had more substance in them but the ones I get now are a disappointment.

Although I love the slides, I am unable to determine how/when/where to obtain updates. I get emails that say updates are available, but the links always take me to web pages that want me to purchase something. I don't understand?

Unfortunately I can't get a response back from the support team. After paying for an upgrade, the changes are not reflected in my account and I can't get the activation code or a response from the customer service team.

"No refund on faulty slides"
I purchased a package for my presentations at work. The slides are not compatible with any standard application. Once I add them to ppt the graphics disappear when reopening the slides. I contacted Infograpia about the issue. Useless long email chains without offering a solution. Refund is not an option. Scam. I ended up saving each slide into pdf format to be able to give my presentation. Money lost. Shame on you

I had lost my Infograpia set on my laptop due to a crash. I emailed them showing my purchase, and without fail they provided me the link to download the set. I got my set now on the new laptop. Thank you Infograpia.
