Not sure how I got this. Tried to cancel. No one has helped. I’m old so forget about it until my accountant reminds me to cancel. Why is it so difficult? Please cancel for me.

It’s probably best to save the survey until the product is received. I ordered the product on the fourth, got the survey on the tenth and today is the twelfth. Still haven’t received the product. I hope refills come when they’re supposed to. I just quit a different service for this one because they couldn’t keep product in stock. I hope this slow start isn’t how things work normally.
