"Appalling customer service and safety of peach 7"

After about 6 months of light city use of the peach 7, the handlebar and chassis of my frame broke. It wouldn’t lock and kept collapsing while our baby was in it. Obviously a huge safety risk! Sent for repair, they claimed to have fixed it and after 30mins of use it did it again. Sent back again and the claimed nothing was wrong. The store received the chassis and after unloading the frame had the same fault the other side. Icandy then started refused to fix it. Thankfully the store we bought from is offering a full refund due to the disgraceful service from Icandy. Appalling customer service and no care for the safety of the children in them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Icandy have tried to reach out but after 3 months without our pram since October I want to put it behind me and don’t want to engage. Nothing can be done. John Lewis have been phenomenal in helping and have now sorted a new pram for us with another leading brand since Icandy wouldn’t fix the broken one.

"Wheel shouldn’t have broke for the price the pram cost"

The replacement wheel worked fine and arrived quickly max what is disappointing is spending so much on a high end top of the range pram for it to need a wheel being replaced. If it was a puncture I could understand. Every spindle/spoke in the wheel completely snapped while I was at a Christmas market with my 6 month old in the pram.

The quality of the product is really good because I needed it for my youngest child as I have a iCandy pushchair already and the car seat. So I needed the adapter.
The only downside is that I had to pay £4.99 for delivery.

It's a great buggy and robust. My baby is still just in the bassinet so we haven't used the seat yet. Looking forward to going off roading on 3 wheel mode when she's bigger!
The only thing we found that caused some issues was that it can be tricky to collapse / open up the frame when you're starting - it needs a bit of a knack. Also, when we first put it together, the written instructions that came with it weren't very good. For both issues, we found videos on YouTube that were really helpful but it would have been good if those resources were flagged by the company and the written instructions really should be better.
