The wheels arrived without fixings (which were in the description). The express delivery was not efficient and it took two days and delivered to the shop instead of home address.
On the positive side, customer service was quick to reply and promised to send the missing details.

I ordered two items for my pram and neither fitted even though the website stated they should. I returned these items the same day they arrived and I have still not received a refund.

Customer service? What is that with icandy.. I would NEVER recommend icandy if it was the last store on earth a company who clearly are money grabbers they will push the boat out for the sales but offer no aftercare. I brought a icandy peach 7 cerium in jan 2023 for my baby at the start of July. From the minute it was taken from the box it’s done nothing but creak and squeak I literally have walked around the shops with my ‘luxury pram’ with it sounding like I brought it from bescott market. I have contacted my retailer who again Newbie and me are fob offs.. iv spoken to icandy , icandy have ‘repaired it by applying a wax’ I had to carry my car seat around for 3 weeks whilst having buldging discs as you can imagine this is annoying whilst trying to keep my 4 year old unwraps. For it to be returned after me stalking the store and icandy as it was up to a 6 week wait. For the pram to still make the same noise I am diagnosed ADHD I suffer with sensory issues so this noise is NOT enjoyable to have. I feel let down an very disappointed my daughter will very soon be wanting out of the carrycot so I have never experienced a nice peaceful walk with my newborn. Disheartening service, I would like this issue resolved otherwise I will continue to convince everyone to stay clear of icandy!! Disappointed
