"Bad customer services"
Ordered package didn’t realise didn’t come with car seat. Received email from customer services saying I could add on for £299. When tried to do it was told I couldn’t as I had to do it with the full package. Numerous emails back and forth and the customer services were not helpful at all terrible service do not use
FOLLOW UP - contact by a Kerry Anne who sorted my issue in about 5 minutes and apologised for the service I had received

"Awful after care"
Awful, after-care service, customer services are useless, you cannot speak to anyone about a complaint, and you have to email which is taking more time to sort. Really really disappointed and would not recommend Icandy to any of my friends and I won’t be using them for my future children.

"Love this brand"
Love this brand! They are so quick to get back to you if you have any questions.
We have the Peach 7 and the MiChair’s and LOVE both of these. They are both designed so well and are perfect for my toddler and baby.

"So much more than a beautiful pram"
My icandy biscotti pram arrived 5 weeks after my son was born. It was end of July and it proved to be so much more than a pram.
Not only is it easy to put up and down but it can be modulated to accommodate my 3 under 4 which for park walks when I have desperately needed to leave the house have been essential.
It’s lightweight surprisingly even with pushing 3 and it’s honestly saved me some days to get out and get fresh air with my kids.

"Had an iCandy Orange 3 for around a…"
Had an iCandy Orange 3 for around a year, it’s a brilliant pram and perfect when you have a little one whose legs get tired, the built in buggy board is my favourite feature.
We have the sandstone marl which is such a lovely colour and doesn’t show marks, which is inevitable with small children.
The basket is huge and fits scooters, shopping, book bags etc
Would definitely recommend!

"Premium Price...Poor Quality."
We purchased a ICandy peach 7 pram as part of a bundle from the Mamas & Papas website.
The first pram arrived with a misalignment of the handle pins and a replacement required even before its first use (quality control upon manufacture clearly non existent). Should you encounter an issue, expect a number of phone calls to the retailer and a cumbersome email process to make a warranty claim.
We have since been using the replacement for the arrival of our newborn and have found the folding elements of the pram extremely temperamental.
Overall, the product doesn't reflect the price point it is retailed at. There are better alternatives at much much cheeper prices.

"Overall good experience."
Easy to order and prompt delivery. The instructions on putting together are fairly easy to follow although some simple instructions to go with the pictures would have been beneficial.

"The brakes on our pushchair broke after…"
The brakes on our pushchair broke after less than a year of use. We returned it for repair under the warranty twice; 1st time, the buggy was returned back to us in the same condition so we spent a week with no buggy, 2nd time it came back with a broken spindle after a week and a half - this left us with no buggy for almost four weeks. When calling to chase the progress of the 2nd return we were once told that it takes between 5-7 days for someone to look at it, and then the next time I called I was told that it takes between 7-10 days in an almost shouting manner. We had to buy a cheap replacement so asked iCandy to refund the cost of £60 to which the reply was: "I am very sorry to hear your spindle was faulty but this was rectified and a new order placed for a brand new part. I do understand your frustration however unfortunately this cost would not be covered under your warranty terms. You repair was done under warranty in good will as the issue was a build up of sand which should not be covered. We do not cover this as it damage caused by environmental conditions and your stroller would need to be cleaned after to stop this type of issue."
I was a bit surprised to see such type of response because if environmentally caused damages are not covered under the warranty then what it is considering that this is a pushchair for the new born? Also, in the first report they said it was sand but in the second report they said that the plate inside that moves when you put the brake on had worn so very inaccurate! The other thing, which others have commented on as well, is the call answering staff, they so rude and intimidating , i wouldn`t want to deal with them again.
In summary, the buggy was sent for repair on 12 September 23, and to date (18 October 23) we still don`t have a functioning buggy - we are now waiting for the broken part to arrive to see if the buggy was actually fixed. Therefore, how many working days you had the buggy is irrelevant, what is relevant is the time a family with a one-year-old is left without a pushchair!
