I have never had an experience with customer service that has been as positive than what I have experienced with Kerryann at Icandy. My chassis had broken and a replacement wouldn’t of arrive before I was going on holiday the next day after looking for a replacement or a loan that I could go and collect at a near by store and having no luck Kerry Ann came and dropped of a loan for me so I could take my daughter and enjoy our holiday and collected mine for repair all on the same day. Kerryann went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and I cannot thank her enough. The level of service I have received is nothing but exceptional. And I will always recommend Icandy to any of my expecting friends.

"Don't buy, they are dangerous"

I got a icandy orange 3 in January after 10 months the front wheel start to lock face towards each other sideways, causing the pram to come to a sudden stop. This has caused injury to a child that was using the buggy board at time. Icandy have been terribly at dealing with the complaint and don't care about their customers. I would avoid this company and pram. I have since got an out and about pram and it the best pram I have ever used, it's safe and easy to push.

The iCandy Cerium twin pram has made it so much smoother to travel with twins. It's easy to use, it looks great and it's nice and compact meaning it fits through doors easily which is a game changer, especially when you have a toddler to contend with too. I've said it before and I'll say it again, the Rolls-Royce of prams - I love using it.

We ended up with one of their prams. I needed some spare parts (a nut, bolt and a plastic bit), so I called them up asking if how much it would be to get them, expecting them to tell me "no sir, we only sell those to the original purchaser", and to my delight they sent them out for free!.

I ended up buying a new set of carrycot fabric off them. It was for an Lime 2020, but we have the original Lime, but it fits perfectly.

iCandy Core the complete bundle is literally the dream! I have everything I need. My baby is in full comfort all the time, she adres her pram. Easy to move around city or countryside, the quality is second to none, finish impeccable and so luxurious! I'm such a proud owner, can't recommend it enough!!

We initially bought the iCandy Peach for our first baby. We loved the quality, sleepsafe bassinet, and multi-terrain wheels. Fast-forward two years, and we're now using our Peach in double buggy mode! It's been so handy to convert and is definitely at the top of my baby essentials list!

"Fork off"

I needed a new front wheel for my Lime as it buckled.
I first brought a new wheel but found it impossible to take it off the fork. So I sent this back and got a pack of two new front forks and wheel. Much better idea and not much more money.
Also advise to get a pair as with wear and tear the other one will be so much lower to the ground.
