"5* repair / customer service"

I bought an icandy 2nd hand and due to dismantling it incorrectly my heavy handed husband broke it … called icandy they arranged collection at my cost , and repaired it and sent it back within 7 days , and to my surprise £37 to repair , I was expecting it to me in the hundreds. I can’t fault the customer service and care given to me, a mum without a buggy is rather stressful with a 6 month old but they have been nothing but helpful. Thankyou everyone

Our Cerium Peach 6 has been fantastic from day 1. Super easy to put together and has always had many compliments. It was used daily for 18 months, on roads, through fields and everything in-between. It’s now being used on baby number 2, 4 years later, and is as good as new. The carrycot and seat are some of the biggest we saw when deciding on which pram to purchase. The risers for the seat unit and how much you can extend the handle are perfect for my husband who is 6’3, so it works for both of us. Easy to put down and fits in both small and large cars. Would happily recommend an ICandy to anyone and have done so to many of our friends.

I wanted to check my order status as it had been a week, but my login stopped working. I emailed customer support but didnt ever hear back.

In the meantime while I was waiting for a response, I reset my password to see if that fixed anything, and my order still isn't showing under my orders (right now in the present, even though it's arrived, even) but now I can now login since the password reset.

As soon as I reset my password, my order was despatched almost the same minute, and I had an email notifying me as such.

Had no tracking number in the email though...

Order did eventually arrive. Wasn't expecting it to.

Seems like a database issue...

Bit dodgy imo, thought I'd been scammed to be honest.

Good products but unlike Peach buggies bought 7/8 years ago, for my first set of grandchildren, the buggy seats and carrycots now come mostly deconstructed. Paying top dollar to build
the buggy seat and carrycot yourself is a bit of a rip off using just one frame. When you use the same individual frame for both items and then need to buy another frame when you have a second child to reconstruct the original carrycot that had to be dismantled to build the original seat. Pure greed. Time to treat your customers fairly iCandy. I will not be buying another set from you for my next grandchild for this reason.
