I bought a second-hand Icandy Peach twin pram. The product itself is fantastic with its interchangeability between the strollers and the cots. The handle developed a fault insofar as it would not retract fully and after a short while I realised it was probably the wire inside the handle had become frayed and detached. I looked for a repair on the Internet then compared it to the cost of a brand-new replacement handle through ICandy and without doubt the upgrade replacement was by far the cheapest and best option overall. The staff who dealt with my enquiry were superb offering the correct advice. The part was dispatched in a very timely fashion and received within two days. The fitting instructions are very simple and I did the job within 10 minutes and we now have a quality product in perfect working order. My advice to anybody who has a defective handle through wear and tear, don't bother with having it repaired just buy a new one from the company.

I ordered an iCandy orange and absolutely love it. My little girl is incredibly comfortable in it and it’s so sturdy. I use it when I am in restaurants as a highchair and even took it on holiday with me.

I simply love my iCandy Lime as it is so easy to manoeuvre, it’s also very lightweight and extremely easy to fold and unfold. I have so far used it as a pram only as my baby is only 12 weeks old, but can very highly recommend it.

I ordered my product in April to avoid the summer rush for parasols. Unfortunately it wasn’t dispatched until I chased them during the heatwave mid June. This was because there was something else in my order which was still out of stock. Ideally this should have been delivered separately in the first place or I should have at least been given the option. On the plus side, they did send it out as soon as I had asked and I received it quickly so they get a star for that!
I ordered in yellow. The website shows a bright sunshine yellow. I received a mustard colour. I have noticed online the colour is actually described as tumeric. It would be much better if the images were not so digitally enhanced that they became a different colour for the online shopper.

Not only did I preorder my pram in FEBRUARY to arrive in APRIL. It then got delayed until JUNE and I ended up having a baby with no pram. Also be careful, in the bundles there’s photos of the car seat in the whole bundle but that is not included. It’s really bad because it’s confusing when it says comes with car seat adapters and shows photo of car seat too. It’s super deceiving especially when buying a full bundle. When the pram finally arrived, it didn’t even come with everything I ordered in the bundle. No parasol etc. the service Icandy provided was awful and they since have emailed every day saying it’s coming today and I’m still sat here waiting for it. Avoid.
