I received a msg from Parcelforce to say the driver attempted to deliver and no one was home. I was literally at home particularly for this delivery I then called parcel force to complain/rearrange the delivery. I was told by their customer service assistant that the door number didn’t match what I was giving them and due to their policy they can’t just change the door number and I needed to contact ICANDY. I spoke to someone from ICANDY minutes later and was told she would contact the courier service to confirm the correct door number which she was adamant was correctly given to Parcelforce. This all happened on Wednesday and it’s Monday tomorrow I still haven’t heard from ICANDY since and nothing has been delivered to me. Just disappointed. Should have gone through John Lewis

"Customer service and quality not brilliant"
I ordered a Lime Lifestyle in October because it seemed to be a good deal for a more compact travel system. No problem with ordering from the website and everything arrived as expected. My baby was due at the end of January so the pram wasn’t built until the new year. After 2 months of use, the bolts attaching the arm that holds the shopping basket to the frame, started working free. I repeatedly tightened it all back up with my husband’s drill but unfortunately it eventually wiggled free and without me knowing fell off the unit. This meant the arm didn’t bend when the frame was folded and was quite sharp on the end. Also one side of the shopping basket is now loose. I contacted customer services and sent pictures and it has taken about 1/2 weeks to get a response after each interaction. The pram is usable but it’s not right and it’s become frustrating. I am also disappointed that a pushchair costing about £700 has so easily come apart (and it is not a part that we had to build). Initially I loved the pushchair but I’m not impressed that there are issues after such a short space of time and the customer service has been slow. Luckily the pram is usable, I’d be really annoyed if it wasn’t and the service had taken this long.

Website is a nightmare, can’t filter for example peach 6 accessories. Items constantly out of stock. Having to order piece by piece. Should just be a 2nd baby bundle. Everything you need, then do you need a carrycot cot bit etc.
Start ordering early my advice is my baby will be here in 2.5 months let’s hope everything comes back in stock by then.
Also parcel force a nightmare asked for it to be left at neighbours. Got email confirmation of that decision, it was ignored then attempted to be re delivered next day same thing. I then I had to arrange a further re delivery 7 days later. That did come but I was in, so not sure what would have happened if not.
Product also came in icandy Box no other packaging and was very damaged but from what I can see so far frame is ok. Not the luxury brand experience I was expecting.
