Delivery was very very quick however I was disappointed that I could have got the same as a package??? But they didn’t have them in - even though I purchased the two items separately £10 dearer!! How does that work???


Although the delivery was very quick one of the items that your customer services provided the link for was incorrect!
The bumper didn’t fit.
I rang your customer services who were very helpful but unfortunately your policy is that I had to re-order the bumper bar, which was a further £35 plus delivery costs…..

I was advised that I will be reimbursed once I return the incorrect bumper bar. I paid for express delivery as it was required urgently but I didn’t receive the bumper bar for 2 days.

This seems very wrong to me!
I ordered these items in good faith from the 2 links provided by your customer services. The fact that i was given the wrong link was not my fault.
I think you need to review your policies to allow for the fact that it wax your customer services fault and I should not be penalised!

When we first got the iCandy Peach with my first child I thought it was a bit expensive. We've since had 3 more children getting the extension brackets for the bassinet and then 2 seats. We've had it about 7 years and with no exaggeration have pushed it well over a thousand miles. Eventually the tire on the front wheel gave up from wear. Ordered and expected 2 replacement wheels only. Delivered promptly and also came with new bearings and bolts. A bit tricky to get the old ones out (had to cut the seized bolt) but now as good as new.

I’m happy from my ICandy but maybe they work with very cheap fabric because my buggy dark grey colour is changed and now it’s purple. I know that is from the sun but maybe will be better for iCandy to use good materials because this is not cheap buggy. I have it just from six months and looks awful.
Unfortunately I can’t attach photos here to show you how awful it looks now.
