"Awful experience"

Awful experience. This company is money hungry, has a learning management system built on a 2000s platform, and has some of the worst customer service and policies around.

The course itself was fine (OSHA 30). I received my certificate, but no card. They claim they sent the card and since it wasn't returned to them they want another $109 to send me a "replacement". The course isn't much help on jobsites without a card for proof of completion.

Edit to add: I am contacting customer service per their response. Note: I spoke to customer service prior to leaving a review. Perhaps a poor review will help them send me my card?

It was a great course but it gets a one star for how much it crashes. This website crashes constantly and on my final exam for my osha 30 it crashed three times and locked the test on weekend so I had to wait to call someone. It’s crazy how bad it is and you have to call someone to unlock the course. Why do most websites nowadays seem so poorly constructed and feel like I can make them because of how bad they are.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Misleading about the ACLS being accepted by employer. They are refusing to provide a refund and and I had to pay another company to get the AHA proper certification.
