I payed for two courses on 6/18/24, totalling $275. I completed those trainings on 6/19/24. Your website indicates that I completed the courses. I provided an affidavit and other required information, but I never received the associated course completion certificates. I have sent no fewer than ten emails to your support email. I simply get the same polite email response, and nothing happens.
