"Faulty Sofa."

I HAD A SOPHIE FULL CORNER DELIVERED JUST BEFORE XMAS. ITS LOVELY I LOVED IT EXCEPT IN APRIL WHEN THE CORNER SEAT COLLAPSED. YOU CANT SEE THE DAMAGE BECAUSE THE CUSHIONS ARE STUCK ON BUT YOU CAN FEEL IT. A MAN CAME OUT 13TH APRIL AGREED IT WAS FAULTY....SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD TO RING THEM NO PHONE CALL BACK....IT IS NOW THE MIDDLE OF MAY AND I HAVE HAD EXCUSES AFTER EXCUSES....I KEEP GETTING SOMEONE WILL BE IN TOUCH WHICH THEY DONT....I AM 71 DISABLED AND I KEEP WORRYING THAT IT WILL COLLAPSE ON ME....I HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER AND NEVER ONCE MISSED A PAYMENT EVEN STILL PAYING NOW ITS BROKEN
