The girl was prompt and really helpful. Her advice was honest and really useful.
When the lads came to fit my carpet they were professional, clean and quick.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have just had my stairs and landing with bedrooms carpeted. Excellent service from all staff we came in to contact with everyone was super helpful. They came when they said they would was fitted really quickly. The fitters were really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. They even tidied up everything before leaving. Excellent service will be using again soon.

"AVOID AT ALL COST"

Waited 3 month on a carpet to be laid after paying near full price. 6 appointments later (because the fitters were no shows) we gave them 1 last chance, so yet another 2 weeks rolled past to my fitting date and low and behold the fitter left a "sorry we missed you" card sitting on my doorstep. aka "I cant be bothered doing this so i will pretend i knocked the door" card. Fuming is an understatement. Chance after chance they have had. REFUND TIME
