"Absolutely awful!!"

Absolutely awful!!!
The carpet is of an awful quality (cheap and nasty) and was poorly fitted (loose,baggy and not cut well) but this was just the start

During the fitting the fitters dropped a can of adhesive which exploded all over the newly fitted carpets destroying them and also covering the walls and valuables

The company were completely non existent in their response and shifted responsibility back to the fitters and away from themselves as the company who we paid

Awful experience and I’ve seen many others have had the same

Please please please avoid using them, they suck people in because it’s pay weekly and thus affordable but it’s just not worth the hassle

We had laminate fitted in the hallway and landing over a month ago first of all the fitters turned up stinking off cannabis then they said they hadn't got the door trims with them they dropped the toolbox on my stairs twice scratching the paint the trim hanging over the top of the stairs is at a 45 degree angle which looks stupid we was told someone would be back to sort the trims out within a few days they still havent been back a phone call has been made to try and sort it out but still not done I will be stopping the payments from now on the after care is crap

1 star is being generous. First time they came out they did not fit the downstairs toilet laminate, after numerous phone calls later they arranged to come back today to fit it. They did not turn up till 7.30pm! And still not finished they have to come back again to rectify and finish the job. Absolutely disgraceful. Thankfully all the calls we made we recorded, theses will be sent along with photos to trading standards.

So I had a fitting appointment booked in for today, took all old carpets up as requested by the company, got given an all day appointment. The fitter turns up at 5:30, I have two children that are in bed for 7 normally. The fitter has only just left 9:45!! I had a small hallway, stairs and downstairs hall in vinyl. The cuts are terrible, the carpet hasnt been nailed in right is all still loose, & the mess was terrible. Even throwing stuff in my childs room where she was trying to sleep (has school in the morning!) Then had the cheek to say "im finished now theres some rubbish, are you alright getting rid of it?! I will be calling the office tomorrow as soon as it opens!! I cant catch my breath! Terrible
