Just when you think things couldn't get any better they do. My pay weekly are the people that do this for you. Just had new laminate flooring done. The fitters were quick, courteous, friendly and professional. The laminate was of a high standard, and the fitting a even higher standard. The whole process from initial contact, to obtaining a quote and organising a fitting date to the completion of work was seamlessly carried out it all flowed well and everyone I dealt with were great, all queries were dealt with quickly and professionally. Overall a top rate company 100%. From blinds to flooring and anything in between I would highly recommend them.

I had an appointment for a fitting on the 6th Dec ...fitters turned up said they wouldn't have time to do both bedrooms as there was still furniture in one .I explained we didn't have the room to empty 2 together as i live in a 2 storey maisonette so myself and my son would empty the other bedroom when one was finished ..the fitter was so rude he just walked out said he wasn't doing he didn't have the time...the mind boggles im paying for this !! and never returned ..i haven't heard a thing since and surprise surprise i cannot get through to them...they make no concessions for people's accomodation we don't all live in big huge houses ....I want my money back and never again ...I've had flooring fitted in my house b4 and I've never experienced anything like this !!!!

I had original appointment booked on 20th of November we are on 6th of December my floors are still not fitted, they don't answer the phone. It's 14.51 and the automatic message says they close now.
Avoid this people!!!! Ripping you off

I had an appointment booked for the 25th November 2019 (all day appointment) in which I had to stay in all day to wait for the fitting team to turn up and put my flooring down.
Now I had just had surgery on the 18th November, so I wasn't able to get up properly and move around that much. So my husband moved all the furniture out the hallway and put them into the kitchen as there was no place else to put them. Then my husband had to leave so my Mam came round and sat in with me all day waiting for MyPayWeekly to turn up in which they didn't.
So I tried contacting them and they were closed.
So the next day I rang them asking why no one showed up and they told me they were unsure as to why this had happened and that they would get someone to ring me from the fitting team asap to explain what's happened and to arrange another fitting date.
Three phone calls later I still didn't receive a phone call from the fitting team and it took me to ring them every time. Finally on the forth phone call they finally gave me another fitting date but failed to tell me why they were a no show on the original fitting date.
So me and my husband were willing to give them one last chance to make it right so we waited until the 30th November for our next fitting date, in which they did turn up and they did a fantastic job of my new flooring :) I'm so happy with it. It's just a shame the fitters didn't turn up the first time as that was the only problem with MyPayWeekly and this is a consistent problem that tends to be happening to a lot of MyPayWeekly customers so they need to sort that out asap or they are gonna end up losing customers as I was very close to demanding a refund.

Had to have floor ribbed out as first time the guy put in was botched up. I complained 4 times before resolved they gave me a discount in the end had to send someone to redo floor. Must say work men unprofessional turn up when they feel like it. Go have way through job due to the distance they travel. Turned up at 15.45 left 16.40 job left In a mess. When someone came days later to finish their other guys job. Did all his sawing inside new couch covered in sawdust. Had to scrub polish whole living room and it cost more for ptofessional cleaner to clean settee and furniture. Then I was told before job started it was 12mm laminate its only 5 mm so fir bedrooms saved up got good stuff 1/4 price and handy man off Facebook. Much cheaper better. Cause time you wait for deposit job to be paid off saved it anyway. Colour looks nothing like the picture.. Poor choices.that shown. When they adventually get round to completing stairs hallway done with them. Should been a set price for living room corridor stairs they split up payments 6 months later no carpet on stairs. Or laminate. As they classed as seperate job. Not happy. Dear for cheap stuff put in.

Disgusting.. Tried contacting and didn't here anything back. There alryt taking your money but not OK to give it back and point out there's a £60 cancellation fee and all money is non refundable.. Disgraceful
