We got the Sophie double corner sofa it is lovely very comfortable looks great. Had to wait over a month for delivery but that was due to Covid19 but very happy good service

Hi I got carpets fitted on the 22nd July the fitters were really nice Danny and gerry were so professional had 3 carpets down within 2 hours cleaned up well after them absolutely love my new carpets especially the living room one

I've ordered four times from this company as my house was desperately needing new flooring. My sons bedroom and upstairs hall got carpet put down that is still very soft and has been doing very well since it was laid. My bottom hall and living room have laminate, and it has honestly made my house look so much more fresh. The fitters were so friendly and gave us information on how to clean it without ruining it. When it came to my most recent fitting, the fitter was appropriately dressed in PPE, and recommended that we don't touch the bag with the remains for two days unless we put gloves on to keep safe. All in all, I haven't had a bad experience with them. I had called them before to ask if my appointment was still going on because of the lockdown, and they had let me know it was still going ahead.
One more room for flooring and my house will officially be complete.

So they send the guy back out to measure my door for a blind that should have been offered to me in the first place. He then forgets to send the information into the office so I hear nothing for nearly 1 week. Wasn't until I called them to remind them them that they still have unfinished business with a very unhappy customer.... Manager calls me , well someone called Joanne.. Expecting me to pay a fitting fee which I've already paid.

Disgusting customer service. AVOID at all costs!!

Miss informed regarding vertical blinds for my conservatory, a guy called Darren came to measure up told me was up to 3m only so had to split blinds down one side of the room when in fact they do upto 5m. Also was told I wouldn't be able to get a blind for the door....so I have blinds throughout the whole conservatory apart from the door now which looks stupid. The installer came today who was great. I'm really not happy with the wrong information that given to me

Happy with my vinyl flooring laid in kitchen. The guys moved all my appliances for some extra cash because I'm disabled. I would have been stuck otherwise! Thanks again

I had a bloke called kev who came to the broxtowe area nottingham who done my flooring in front room he was very friendly and communicated very well explained what he was doing to us im very proud how he did the flooring and im glad i changed the colour due to not having my first choice in ..... thanks kev

"RIP off!"

I had my floor put in August last year by end Nov it was faulty liffting up in corners and bubbles(I was sold vinyl was told very hard wearing for areas used alot!)
No contact till late January sent out same fitter who re fitted it again and again huge bubble across kitchen floor someone came out just before lockdown said due to heat from cooker!!! Utter bull as was same bubble before in hallway he said somone would ring no one did. Some said they had rang to sort it when I rang again to complained seems as though once had fitting as long as their getting money off you they dont care about sorting it out but seems as though they can get to new fittings!

Ordered a sofa that's coming from manufacturers because of the virus. Paying weekly obviously and being charged £1100 for it. The same sofa from the manufacturer onlinesofawholesale is £599! If that isn't taking advantage I don't know what is. 3 stars given for the customer service. Staff are great. Not their fault their company enjoys ripping people off

My carpet was not cancelled because of a pandemic so stop lying . My carpet should have gone in before we went on lock down so that is a load of rubbish. I had a call last month off the manager promising me my carpet on the 17th. Iv had a voice mail to say your fitters arnt working and when I rang up the lady on the phone was rude and told me I didnt have a voice e mail. Iv been asking for a refund for 3 months I have all the messages saved between my self and your company I'm happy to post them on fb. How dare you use the pandemic as an excuse when you know full well my carpets should have gone in before march but you didnt even have my carpet in stock . Then you report my comment because you dont want people to know the truth. If anyone else has had the same issue please contact me and we can all build a case in court to put a stop to this horrid deceitful company.
