"I was a little skeptical but after…"

I was a little skeptical but after reading up on reviews I decided to go for it. A rep came to the house and measured, let me chose a carpet and then set up the weekly payment . No more getting loans out if you need carpets. The carpet quality is actually much better than the ones I paid over a thousand pound for for throughout my house . Quite jelous of my little girls room actually!

After failing to turn up after paying £160 for a carpet before cancelling the order. Ive had to open a dispute with ny bank to get my money back😢they delete bad reviews off facebook and everywhere else.. Baddddddd. Where does this shambles of a company get off. How much money are they robbing off people? Praying off the most vulnerable people. Absolutely a disgusting disgrace how on earth are they still trading you should be ashamed....oh they have also ignored emails sent. So much for email us to resolve 🤣🤣🤣🤣yeah no bother

After been given a fitting date for the 22/7/2020 clear every thing out my living room waited all day for some to come no one show up not even a text are a phone call nothing I got 2 small children and no floor am very upset.i won't be using this again are recommend them to anyone.

Terrible service from these!!

I ordered a bed on 4th June paid the first £100, I asked for a Chelsea grey crushed velvet bed. I was told 7-14 working days before it would be delivered. They wanted £200 of the total cost of £450 before they delivered, so I made my final payment 23rd June to find out that they should have never told me 7-14 days and that it would in fact take up to 5 WEEKS!! I had already taken my daughters bed down the day before as I knew it was only 2 weeks and she was with her dad for one of those weeks.

After back and forth with the company I FINALLY got hold of someone on 26th June who said she would order the bed and confirm via email - no such luck!! No such email came!! After again trying to get hold of them (which is almost impossible) I finally heard from a customer services rep on 30th June to say the bed was ordered that day (a week after I had made final deposit payment). I then had an email a few minutes later saying the bed was ordered on the 26th (this email came from someone else within the company). When I questioned her on this and asked to speak to management I was ignored.

Forward to 17th July and I was contacted by the supplier to have the bed delivered - he proceeded to tell me I had in fact 2 beds on order, after some quizing and information we cancelled one of the beds as I only needed the 1 I paid for!!

The bed turns up on 20th July, however it is the wrong bed! I emailed MPW who proceeded to tell me it was the right one the supplier just calls it something different. I take it out the packaging and send a picture to the team at MPW as it isn't crushed velvet but just velvet. I was then asked for a full bed picture - so I needed to put it up in order to get this. After some deliberation and the fact that MPW were very unhelpful ignoring all requests to try and contact them and deal with this, i decided i had no choice but to keep the bed I did not order as I couldn't allow my daughter to continue sleeping on just a mattress on the floor, which she had done for a month already. By swapping the beds this was going to take up to another 5 weeks!!

MPW finally discussed my complaint with me the next day after ME contacting them as they do not bother with you once you have given your money, to be told that they would only offer me a £30 good will gesture as it was my fault due to the agreement stating chelsea velvet grey double instead of chelsea crushed velvet grey double, even though I provided proof and screenshots I asked for a crushed velvet one.

Do yourself a favour - NEVER use this company - it is a farce, a joke and once they get your money they are not interested in the slightest!!!

£450 for a bed I didn't want but couldn't return, especially as it was put together (even though their team requested this to be done for a picture proof that it was the wrong bed). This company is a joke!

Had my new carpet fitted in living room. Company is great, always happy to help when I had questions, fitters were lovely too, came about an hour early and done job quick and professionally. Can't wait for my hallway to be done

Not even competent enough to book an appointment without grief, read reviews and will give this company a swerve.

"Extortionate prices"

Extortionate prices . Extremely miss leading was quoted over £500 for stairs and landing, went elsewhere for half the price. Was not informed by the sales rep/ measurement lady I had to pay deposit, admin fee , first weeks deposit, measuring fee plus three instalments before your flooring is even ordered. DISGUSTING COMPANY

Very happy with our experience. Got laminate fitted in our livingroom today, the guys who came to fit it were incredibly pleasant, professional and worked quickly. The laminate is gorgeous, couldn't be happier. Looking forward to getting our other rooms done now 😊
Definitely recommend using My Pay Weekly. Every time I've needed to get in touch they've responded quickly, even with the nightmare that Covid has caused. An easy 5* review.

"Disgrace of a company!"

Disgrace of a company!! Had lino and carpet fitted a few months ago and it's all coming up.. the fitter was Rude and also sharp with my little boy!! Came to measure my bedroom for carpet and quoted me £400 which £200 of that they wanted before the carpet was actually fitted!! absolute joke by the time you pay the deposit you'd of bought it out right yourself. Their just money grabbing ...... definitely avoid unless you want ripping off!!
