Really pleased with the carpet looks lovely the carpet fitter was abit snappy at times though

The first guy that came was very good. When it came to Laying my carpet well that was something else. I feel the guy rushed too much and I’ve ended up with the carpet on the sides of my stairs being cut too short and is now fraying. Also I was told it had a 10 year stain guarantee. Now that IS a joke. I will NOT use these guys again

Read many bad reviews, not turning up ect... So by 3pm today I was starting to get worried and rang them.. Woman on the phone didn't even bother to ask for our details, just told us to wait.

Thankfully 10 minutes later and I had a text from the fitters to say they were on there way.

The fitters were brilliant, really helpful and polite.

In summary, the customer service from the moment I paid my deposit was non existant I had to chase them.

But, If the fitters turn up, atleast they are decent, in my experience.

con men not even worth 1 star rep came out as we live in a bungalow wanted laminate for hall and living room was quoted 1070.25 then told us we needed to pay at least 650.00 off balance before comeing to fit it jog on mate no other company want you to clear that much off only want 4 payments of 10.00 before coming to fit it waste of time

Absolutely appalling service (or lack of)!..delayed my fitting by a week so all furniture was left all over the flat waiting for my flooring to be fitted ,for the fitted to then turn up at around 7pm then fitted the wrong carpet ! Now being told I will have to wait another 2 weeks to have the right carpet fitted ,which means leaving all of my furniture around the flat all over the place

"Avoid makes promises they dont honour"

avoid this company at all costs took my money didnt show up as promised and 5 weeks later still have not issued refund. They ignore emails and when you phone its a blase attitude oh well just rebook no i want a refund as said promised but not actioned, also if you leave feedback via facebook and if negative it gets removed and you get blocked not a good customer experiance
