I was happy with my service and I'm happy with the job and product that they provided for me

"Shocking service"

To start this company were fantastic, had laminate put down in my living room and dining room and vinyl in my kitchen...... I also have booked for my hallway to be done in laminate however they keep coming up with excuses as to why the appointment needs to be pushed back, 7 months and waiting... (although some of this time has been due to Covid and out of mypayweekly control)
The problem is if you have any problems or issues at all they are impossible to get hold of..... and when you do get hold of them they say they’ll call you back and never do...... problems arising are I’ve noticed the kitchen vinyl wasn’t cut correctly around the doorways or fully glued down so is already ruined after a few month..... the laminate scotia ends were not glued down resulting in them going missing and getting this sorted is proving a problem.
Another issue is no notice was given regarding the vinyl fitting appointment, I was told I would get a call informing me of a date once the pre fitting balance was paid off..... no call at all just fitters showing up and telling me I have 10 mins to get all applicancez out of the way or they would be leaving (I was heavily pregnant) I somehow managed to get everything disconnected and moved while they watched saying they have a time to stick too. Never any offers of apology never any good will gestures for the problems..... just the usual ‘someone will give you a call’ I’m still waiting for ALOT of cal back..... save yourselves and use one of the other pay weekly companies

Salesman came out to discuss samples and I orderd the grey plank (laminate flooring looking) paid the £40 deposit and then a week later I paid the fitters fee in one go, then I got my date for today (13.06.20) fitter turned up at 11.30 as agreed then he asked which colour and design was it I ordered so I replied grey plank he went to his van and came back and said if its that one I want he wouldn't be able to fit today and then I said why he replied that there wasn't enough to fit my floor as he measured my floor even though the salesman had done this prior to today and should have had all this to hand so I was offered a alternative and he said once he cuts it I have to accept it so I did much to me not satisfied but I had too accept as I paid a electrician to remove my cooker and to come back and install the same day once the flooring had been laid. I've complained to the office and all they have said I've signed a legal contract and this is what the salesman had put down and not the grey plank that I originally asked for and I have to stick with what the contract says but why would I want something that I didn't want in the first place. I've got mental health issues and I said they not making matters any better for me and they said how do I know you have mental health issues and all I said to that was your not interested in anything I have to say and didn't have any solution to this, by this point I had to put the phone down. A absolute terrible experience won't use these again. No consideration for people with mental health.

If it wasnt for my pay weekly I would be stuck I have nearly done my full house with this company ans everytime have done a excellent job with my rooms friendly people all ways on time always give you a ring I would use this company all day long and recommend them to anyone 🥰 just wont to say again thank you xx

I had some problems with my stair carpet and complained to my pay weekly about it .. they dealt with the situation amazing and my stair carpet was replaced straight away .. Joanne from complaints was very professional and kept in touch via email !
