After explaining that I wouldn't be comfortable putting a non refundable deposit down after the first meeting, and would need a couple of days after to consider it, this was the response I received....

'You are looking at over £1000+ we only offer up to £1000 in one go that would be £100 deposit can split and £10 per week.Its £10 per week % free too busy really to go back n forth. I can canx appt if you want to have a think'

PS... I was going to put down an initial £800 for the work I needed doing, but as they're "too busy", I am happy to go elsewhere ✌🏾

Absolute scam artists avoid at all costs! After being let down for the initial measuring and waiting another week (and having to use a days holiday from work) I paid over £200 (as you need to pay alot before they will fit the carpet) I then got my fitting date I was told I need to rip up my old carpet which I have done today.
I was supposed to get a call this morning to give me a time...at 11.15am no call so I rang them and was told the fitter was 2 hours away 5 hours later I ring back 7 times before my call is answered to be told nobody has been able to contact the fitter all day??
I was told that the only thing that they can do is rebook my fitting in a weeks time! (I've also had to use another days holiday for nothing!)I was told It's out of their hands?!?! they do not care and they are in no way professional I have closed down my account and I'm waiting for a refund! (5 working days) I have a stairs and landing with bare grippers and 4 children off school.
I now have a reputable local carpet firm coming to measure up tomorrow and fit early next week....if I could give these 0 stars I would absolutely shocking service!!

Have had several rooms done by these guys and am absolutely over the moon with the products and service. Always helpful and friendly and can't thank them enough being able to spread the cost was a god send.
