"Carpet falling apart from the edges"
Purchased lino flooring for living room and carpet for stairs and small landing not even one year later and the carpet is falling apart! This started within a week but I thought it was because it was new and would settle over time. Unfortunately, with each hoover the carpet has been fraying from the edges and lifting. I used a Rugdoctor last week and the carpet came up on the stairs and at the door it's like I've placed a shaggy old rug down! It's extremely embarrassing as it's the first thing you see upon entering my flat. I'm a single mother with an autisic son and don't have money to throw away. It's not down to my handling the carpet as I have bedroom carpets from a normal carpet company and they are perfect. When I hoover and use the Rugdoctor they don't move and lift and no fraying. But I must stress that I think it's down to the fitter and the way he did it that's caused the problems
(we didn't get on to say the least) when I've contacted the company the people I've spoken to have been great, and told me I'm under warranty so should have a replacement fitted after they come and inspect the issues raised to see if it's to be fixed or a replacement. I'm waiting for the fitting team to contact me. Hopefully it won't take too long. It's a real shame because the carpet was really nice i love the colour. Hope to get it sorted and the lino is quite fragile. My son dropped a few toys and the dents won't come out but looks lovely

"Not worth the money or time VERY RUDE PEOPLE"
Wouldn't get anything from these and so rude as I rang up my self told them I have no income because of covid and waiting to get sick pay. Yet still ringing me saying if we don't get the £22.50 will take it further. Yet they know my problem and still trying to take it out my bank and also I asked for someone to come and sort my carpet as its coming up and they haven't sorted it I'm sick and tired of ringing and trying to sort it out yet I get is abuse of the lady on the phone. Do not go with them

"I have not yet got my laminate flooring…"
I have not yet got my laminate flooring fitted. I was a victim of card fraud and missed 1 £10, payment. I was sick tested positive for the covid-19 virus. When I became aware that the payment was missing I rectified the situation immediately and got in touch with the company through email. I explained the situation and the impact it will have on my credit score if it was reported but they were very unsympathetic and told me they will have to report the missing payment. They have done this and I have now got and blemish on my credit report and lost 53 points from my credit score for the sake of £10. I will not recommend this company to anybody. They are not customer friendly at all. I have tried to speak to them on the phone and all I get is an endless recorded message and then being asked to hold on.

"Awful experience with this company"
Awful experience with this company! After twice cancelling on me 2nd time no fault of there’s I must admit I requested a refund was told 3-5 working days on the phone and on fb messenger on there page, 5th day no refund! A couple of hundred quid is a lot to me! No one answered the phones so back to the fb page to be told it takes 3-7 working days and that I should call Tuesday!!!! Although a part payment went in Wednesday so don’t see why all of it never! Would never recommend this company and will be taking this further as I still have NO REFUND!

"Extremely bad experience with these…"
Extremely bad experience with these guys. Let me down on 3 attempts on fitting my carpet. On the 4th attempt when they finally showed up the carpet was too small! This was over a week ago and I have had no contact from them to rectify this despite sending them emails. Takes more than 20 minutes to get through to anyone on the phone. Now left with no carpet in hallway and stairs for over a month now. Absolutely disgusting!

Awful company and horrible experience.custonmer services are rude on the phone even if they ever even answer you. The furniture quality is terrible but you are stuck. Me and my friend are in the same position and wish we had looked at reviews first . She was even asked to write a review only if she was happy haha! If you're not happy they dont care. No good reviews genuine and probably wrote by the company. I called 7 times last week and still nothing. Joke!

Paid 90 pound off the 340/350 it was going to cost to Lino my very very tiny sitting room then changed my mind as it was so expensive compared to comparisons, anyway I was only eligible for a 30 pound refund , okay that’s fine so they ring , it’s my expired card on the account same bank I use just expired card , they wouldn’t put the refund on my new card so I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone to the bank for it not to be their so I wait a week still nothing their according to the bank looks like they have not even sent a refund and I’ve had to keep phoning the bank because they couldn’t type a few numbers in and put it on a card that is working what a absolute chew
