I sent an email monday with an issue, i had an email from rianne campbell to follow up.
I provided a contact number and rianne called me, she went above and beyond giving me clear answers and making it so easy, i left the call feeling good to then get an email with a call summary and what she had done which also had information i would need. Best customer service i have ever had and I've worked in customer services 13+ years
