Shocking customer service who take money off you unauthorised. I wish I'd never found this company and I would never recommend them to anyone

Have used my pay weekly twice, both times had great communication with fitters, customer service team & guy that came out to measure for fitting. Will not hesitate to use again & always recommend the company to friends & family

Cant fault at all! Highly recommend! Excellent service. Friendly professional staff. I have to also say the 2 men that fitted it were amazing I had my son at home who has autism and they were amazing with him. Wonderful communication from the office. Highly recommend! Very happy customers!

First fitting appointment was cancelled and I wasn’t informed of this 3 weeks later the carpets finally down carpet fitters were great it was done in half an hour but the carpet certainly isn’t what they bring in for samples absolutely devastated after paying over £600 for the carpet to be the thinnest carpet iv ever felt!

Love my carpet, had one fitting date when they didn’t show up but they did call to let me know, was getting a bit worried on the second fitting when it got to 6 o’clock and still no fitters, they turned up at 6.30pm and did a great job, thank you.

I had a terrible experience with 1of your advisor,s she was very rude and was more or less calling me a liar all over loyalty Rewards I was trying to tell her the dates that I have an she had the cheek to tell me no that's wrong I ended up telling her to keep the loyalty Rewards this is not worth it. I have always had an amazing call with any of the advisors but not this 1. Very very disappointed with this advisors attitude. I might even take my business elsewhere after this experience with her
