I rate My pay weekly with 5 stars They have always been good with my orders I have had 3 carpets plus fitted to.I have just ordered a large Wardrobe from them now

"A complete rip off"

A complete rip off, ordered hessian backed carpet and after 1 cancelled fitting date (on the day of fitting) another cancelled fitting date because they brought the wrong size we finaly got a carpet fitted on the 3rd try, a cheap, foam backed carpet in a light grey and not a dark grey.
This was fitted 6 weeks after the original fitting date and the fitter left rubbish in abag outside the front door and didn't let us know, also had to clean up inside after him.
Since this experience, we compared the price for the actual carpet we got and it was worth half the price we were charged
Avoid at all cost, utter rip off
