"Defective receiver & customer service"
I had to return a defective receiver at my own expense (which I knew was my responsibility), but then had to pay the shipping charge to send a replacement to me, which is not stated anywhere on the paperwork or website.
I retuned the product mid February but heard nothing back from Online CarStereo until I reached out to them multiple times in mid March. Finally got the replacement which works, but still not properly.
Will have a hard time using Online CarStereo again

Will never purchase from again. It took me 7 months and several emails to get a battery replaced that was damaged when shipped. XS power finally took care of me.

The kicker sub that I ordered was broken upon arrival. I had to pay $75 shipping to get it replaced, I have been with out it for 6-8 weeks, and it has still not arrived.

Unit did not work. I called as nd ask for refund last month. So I can return unit. And get refund. I'm still waiting on shipping instructions to send back for refund. Unit when plugged in had no power.
