The radio did not work, would not power up. Called to plan for a return was advised the radio would have to be sent back and assessed for repair. I would have to pay for the shipping both ways. That was as much as the radio cost. So I just canned it. Got the same radio on Amazon for the same price and no shipping cost. Free return if needed however, it is working perfectly. Realize now that Amazon is a better source due to return policy.

I liked the way the 1st part of my order came very quickly and well protected. What I didn't like that the Amplifier that I ordered was "special order" but seemed like it was more like on backorder and after reaching out 4 times to get status on a eta I was never responded to with a date. Only after saying I was going to cancel my order did someone reach out and offer me a open box item. I feel like this open box item should be discounted. I did plan on having my system installed by now. Just make sure you get an ETA up front on the items you order because what good is getting your speakers and not receiving your amp?

I am not happy with this purchase of kenwood cmos 320 purchase that doesn't work, This is the second time buying these cameras. I called and waited on line to talk to a tech to assure me the camera is in English and not Chinese. I was told it was in English, so I ordered it and paid $200 dollars to have it installed, and it didn't not work,called an waited online again, I was told a tech would get in touch with me,No one never called, then I recieved a email saying send it back and I have to pay for shipping and wait for it to be checked out, So I decided to just forget it and leave it on the car,I am not paying for a another installation on a faulty device.
