I ordered a car sterio as a Christmas gift for my son in law was super excited to have him open his gift. When opened the screen on the car play was broken. When I called this company they refused to replace it, they would not keep true to their 100% guarantee to replace it. All I wanted was them to replace the broken car play with one that was not broken and they would not do that. It was a fight just to get my money back.

Training needed @ OCS!! Purchased and installed new head unit that will intermittently lose all memory/settings. All connections, hookups, voltages & resistance readings verified. Installed by a 25 year ASE Automotive Certified Master Technician that specializes in automotive electrical (myself). Still could not get the unit replaced without substantial runaround by ocs. Found out with research that the issue is a common failure with the unit. Shame on me for not doing my homework on both the unit and the failings of onlinecarstereo. Will not happen again..

Well for starters. In your return policy, it should be more upfront and CLEAR. I ordered a speaker. It blew out. I returned it within the said time 30 days and I wanted to just get my money back. They said I couldn't!!! That definitely should be in BOLD print! Then one of the store employees said that you can get store credit. Then they changed and said you have to get the same speaker! So as a company owner, this is definitely vague in description. I am a bit displeased at the moment. Please as a company and speaking to the owner of this company AKA franchise... Please be more vivid in your policies especially returns. I just went my money back or at the least a "STORE-CREDIT" to choose something else!!! Very simple!
