I am changing my review to excellent service! My raincoat was held up in customs because of the end of the transition period on January 1st. It has now arrived and I am delighted with it. Also Etrias the partner in the Netherlands refunded my customs charges, because I was caught in the changeover. Thank you, guys

Not received the product as yet, my first order for some reason was returned to sender. so I contacted customer services who raised another order, which was supposed to be delivered on 18th January, it didn't arrive, I have now received another note to say will be delivered 21st January, so I am hoping it arrives.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, money taken from account at time of order and still no product. Plus turns out this is not a UK company, instead goods coming from Europe via ETRIAS COMPANY and a week after ordering, Etrias told me to pay a 20% import duty fee (no mention of this on their website) to get the goods. I have repeatedly contacted the company and am fobbed off. No product, no refund. BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT USE OUTDOORSUPPLY.CO.UK.

"Delay + Brexit-voting morons induced faff"
I ordered 14 December. 28 December I emailed to cancel order as had had to buy elsewhere, but then received an email to say they'd been sent already. They arrived New Years eve. Return facility on website wasn't working. No reply yet to query, and thanks to the 52% of my countrymen who are morons who voted for Brexit, I will probably now have to pay through the nose to send them back to Holland as we are now pariahs. Hoping for a resolution soon.

I don’t yet have my product, despite me choosing it over other options on other sites specifically because it was advertised to arrive before Christmas. It’s now the 28th and my chest is bare and bereft of this jumper. I’ve afforded you one or two more stars than I may have done, if I wasn’t still high with the last embers of this holiday spirit.
