BLOODY BRILLIANT HEAT MATTERS FROM START TO FINISH!
From visiting the showroom and meeting Dermot for the first time the advice was really great and gave us a lot more knowledge for choosing our log burner. Dermot came to our property and made sure that the log burner was suitable and completed a thorough investigation. On the day of the installation Dermot and Ben came and completed the installation of the log burner (respected our property, dust sheets put down in all the areas that required access) Ben explained how to use the burner to get the best efficiency and best way to ignite the burner.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! A wonderful showroom introduced by my wonderful neighbour who works there. I was greeted by a warm friendly welcome with a coffee. No pressure what's so ever just friendly advice. I've seen many fires and show rooms but I knew straight away when I saw the Solutions Lux electric fire, that it was the one for me, and at a very good price.
They arranged a pre visit to inspect the area and give an accurate quote.

The fire was fitted in a very short time frame.
They came and you wouldn't know they had been, the area was spotless, very professional. They fitted and plastered the fire/ fire place, taking care and making a great job of the fire place.
I love the fire, everything I wanted.

Ben gave us lots of advise when we visited the showroom and Dermot did the same when he did the survey. It's clear these guys love what they do and get a lot of satisfaction when the job is finished. I found Dermot and his team through Instagram to help my vulnerable parents have a new fireplace which has been a longstanding problem for them. For example, their current fireplace was leaking smells and wasn’t safe to put on. I explained to Dermot that my parents were vulnerable and he treated them with respect and applied no pressure throughout the viewing process to completion. He liaised with me throughout via phone to update me and I dealt with payment. I can’t recommend him enough. I have previously had to deal with other workmen on behalf of my parents and found they have taken advantage but in this case Heat matters were brilliant! Thank you! My parents are so pleased with their new fireplace!

We have just had a new fire installed with Heat Matters and we are extremely happy with it and the entire experience was a pleasure, from dealing with Ben in the showroom, going to the unit with Dermot to see the different beams and both of them working in the house. Its clear to see they both take pride in their work. they sheeted up the entire living room and were very clean. We were surprised that they managed to get it all done in a day and the workmanship was fantastic. They stayed after they had finished to watch the fire in use to make sure they were happy with it. All in all highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about replacing their fire.

We had been considering a log burner for some time and Heat Matters were recommended to us by a friend. The experience from start to finish has been excellent, from the showroom and survey right through to lighting the burner. Dermot and Ben are rightly proud of the business and it shows. The quality of work was outstanding even down to properly sheeting up and cleaning up afterwards, we really cannot fault their work and when we had a question concerning the fire they got back to us straight away and were genuinely keen to make sure we were happy. We would recommend them without hesitation and will certainly use them for maintenance in future.
