This is the best that I have banked with. I'm so grateful to have them in our
Wal-Mart Hammond. I'm always recommend my associates to join. My favorite is Gee & Ms. Joy. They are the sweetest!!!!

"Just a horrible banking system"

Just a horrible banking system. I had to miss work and my paycheck was close to 400 for the week when I usually make 1000. I let the teller talk me into opening an account to cash my check and then my car got stuck. Santander would have let me overdraft and since I get paid in a few days I would have covered the fee. But not this bank. I signed a paper to allow overdraft but they declined and left me stranded. And the only reason I had to overdraft was because I was charged for going under $100. But usually my account is never that low I had 3 emergencies in 2 weeks that costed me. Closing my account and sticking with Santander they've never done me dirty like this bank STAY AWAY!!!!!

"The employees make banking…Friendliest and most courtious"

The employees make my banking experience pleasurable. They treat you like you are important to them,almost lie family, but very professional in trying to meet my needs. I have been bankingwith them for about 20 years and wdnt even consider changing banks. Those other banks can keep their promotional gimmicks. Lol.

"My worst experience ever"

My worst experience ever! The minute I left the States and went abroad, I couldn’t enter my banking app anymore, so it’s already been months that I don’t know how much money I still have on my account. Not just that, but also because I’m abroad, I cannot do any transactions with that card becase it’s automatically blocked, eventhough right before my departure, I went phisically to the bank and told them I’m going to Europe. I tried to contact the customer service for many times now but either they don’t respond to my emails at all or they tell me to call them via the phone, despite I explained ti them I’m currently in Europe and that’s not possible. I’m very frustrated because I don’t have any access to my money and I feel like it’s not mine anymore.

I visited a location in Montgomery back in November and was so pleased by the superb customer service shown to me by Kayla, a manager (Eastern blvd location). I do not bank here but stopped in while shopping. Thank you for the great experience!

I have already spoken,in a one way conversation, with the Coustomer Care department several times,by e-mail , and just today. They keep referring for me to call them.But they have my number, why don't they call me ? I don't habli ,l only speak English, by the way.

"Suspended my account without notifying…"

Suspended my account without notifying me, didn't care that I had checks wrote out because I thought I had an active account. It was over an address change. The guy had my license, said it wouldn't scan and to bring them back within 30 days although he had a copy. Took them back twice. Once the computers were down, the other he was busy. Day 20 is when they suspended my account. Also put me as a walmart employee, where I have never worked, to get a free account yet I paid fees and wasn't asked where I work. Isn't that falsified information? Oh and this is the manager at jasper in walmart and still waiting on corporate to call me
UPDATE!!
I have emailed twice and still no response from them. So apparently it's OK to keep charging me fees on an account they closed

"Would give 0 stars if option"

Would give 0 stars if option. Been banking with Woodforest since 2018 and today being my Birthday I went to withdraw some money. Well I was there over an hour because they couldn’t get anybody to approve it. No Manager on duty!!!!!!! Closing my accounts with this bank and I highly recommend you bank elsewhere. Feel sorry for the branch employees because the way this bank is managed is beyond ridiculous . Was having a good birthday with family and they ruined my day! DONT BANK HERE.
