"Rapid turnaround - consistent great service"

As well as our regular orders arriving promptly with clear communication from the company, the Hivis team recently got a very last minute order to us - it was ordered at lunchtime and was on my desk for 9am the next day and still remained excellent value.

We use their custom printed high viz vests to great effect at our large manufacturing site. With a variety of colours, our first aiders, senior leadership, fire teams, visitors etc can all be spotted a mile off. Being able to print names, teams and company logos on in great quality has made them our go-to choice.

I look forward to placing our next order with them, and from a purchase order/invoicing side of things, the process is simple and efficient too.

Ordered the products Monday and they was delivered Wednesday, delivery was short on items that was delivered, a quick call to them and it was soon rectified with the remaining items being delivered today (Friday). Fantastic service all round and will definitely be using again.

Ordered some hi-viz jackets and found the design team really helpful and so much better at designing that I was!
Unfortunately DPD returned delivery to company as 'unable to deliver' which was ridiculous as we are open at least 5 days a week from 8am to 6.30pm. This is not the fault of Hivis but just an annoyance.
Very happy with the service, communications and quality of the vests.
