"STEER CLEAR! VERY DISHONEST COMPANY WHO CANNOT KEEP LIES STRAIGHT OR DELIVER GOODS IN A TIMELY MANNER!"
As with most UK companies, unless your on the MAINLAND you can forget about getting any deliveries in a timely manner. HOWEVER when I pay £15 for a thin piece of clothing it should have been here when it said NEXT DAY (2DAY FOR OTHER UK).LIE#1. Despite ringing the company before I placed an order that expensive I was ASSURED that they had stock of the jacket and the hood! Six days later I sent an email trying to chase up my order, none was found online I had to send an inquiry email I recd response a day later *checking on payment email* (the payment was paypal and was done that instant out of my account.) LIE# 2. Then got email where I'm being told they dont have one of the items in stock 8 days later LIE#3 NOW i get a letter that my order will be here in 5 more days. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM AND I WILL BE TELLING ALL MY COMPANY CONTACTS TO STAY WELL CLEAR!

"Abysmal service"
I needed these products urgently so paid an extortionate price for next day service. This was not fulfilled. Excuses followed - disputing the promises of website (which therefore is not in plain English!). Part of the order was never delivered. Luckily, a competitor was able to fulfill our order and will receive all future orders. Still awaiting part of the order after nearly two weeks, despite £18 next day delivery.

Excellent customer service once again from hvis. In particular Collette and Katie in sales.
I was struggling to get the items I required due to the current supply issues. However the staff went out of their way to spend time suggesting alternative products.
I have no problem recommending hvis and will definitely continue to use their services in the future.

Fantastic customer service ....my order was a small one item , but the service was 5 star has I ordered my item early hours of the morning and was delivered to me next day by 10am .Within that timescale my printing was done on the item and despatched. I even got a friendly phone call just to check my order prior printing .When my item arrived it beat my expectations.....fantastic customer experience.....highly recommended company.

Bobby in the office provided excellent customer service when it came to our urgent need to get the goods earlier than we'd originally ordered for. Following our phone conversation, the branded bibs were produced and delivered within 24 hours!

"No communication in more than 2 weeks"
Order placed on 05/09/2021, 3 days later I received a phone call informing the colour I wanted is not in stock and had to change it, then I received an email saying I have to pay ££17.16 more because the design for 2 of the vests was not on the initial invoice.
I checked the invoice and it says Custom Printed Hi Vis Vest and Custom Printed Hi Vis Vests with Pockets so I cannot tell which ones were not paid for. Anyway, I asked for clarification and I received the same email informing I have to pay £17.16 extra... I then replied asking to remove one of the vests and let me know the whatever extra I have to pay. I never received any reply since, even though I sent two more email asking for an update.
Finally, I called my bank and asked to cancel the transaction.

Delighted with my purchase! The Hi-Vis vests are good quality and the personalised text is extremely clear. It took about 4 weeks to arrive but customer service was helpful and issued replacements when I hadn't received my item initially.
