After some initial frustration with my order, I was pleased with how Niyis Company handled the situation. I experienced a delay with my express delivery, which turned out to be a system issue, and there was a mix-up with stock availability. At first, I was quite disappointed, but once I reached out, the owner promptly contacted me to sort everything out and quickly processed my refund.
It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her business and her customers, and she was very understanding and committed to making things right. I appreciate her efforts to resolve the issue and her dedication to providing good customer service. Mistakes happen, and she handled it well. I’d be happy to shop here again in the future.

I had a bad experience buying from Niyi. The management team got in touch, apologised and sent me a refund for the spoilt items I received and also for the missing item. Issue resolved.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering online. I paid for express shipping due to the nature of things I ordered, it’s taking ages for my order to arrive, outside of the initial order confirmation, they haven’t sent any shipping details as stated in their mail. Their CE team takes hours to respond and practically left me on read for 3 hours
UPDATE
The team reached out to me after this and they’ve now resolved my issue. They followed up by providing when my order will actually arrive and issued a part refund as my order didn’t arrive on express shipping.

I had a good experience on my first purchase following recommendations. Delivery was timely, goods were of good quality and making online orders was easy.
I would rate Niyis 5 stars after my first interaction with them.
This is an update to my initial review which is now edited. I had a better encounter following my complaint and they have promised to replace some items that were already out of order at delivery.
For this I have increased my rating to 4 stars. Most importantly that they take seriously my concerns.

"Don’t hesitate to order!"
One of the best online African supermarkets/stores. Made a large order to them back in late April and they fulfilled every single expectation. Some items they couldn’t add into my order and they immediately sent an email letting me know they would refund me for the items that were out of stock. They have a vast selection of African + Caribbean items and ingredients and the prices are very fair. Will definitely be ordering from Niyi’s again :-)
