Having purchased our caravan we had a few teething troubles that where resolved by Emma Maud and the team in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
Having spent a working career in engineering it was a breath of fresh air to have the issues resolved by a team that kept you up to date with progress and realistic time scales.

We bought our new caravan from Peter Utting who was professional, helpful and friendly.
We have experienced a couple issues but these have been resolved or are being sorted largely thanks to the helpfulness of Emma Maud.

A first class service form Peter Utting when we purchased the Caravan.
Unfortunately we have had a few issues throughout the year, but they have all been sorted out now hopefully.
This is all down to the brilliant service from Emma Maud and her team who are under a lot of pressure from us the customers and the caravan manufacturers not giving them the help and assistance they deserve!

I was looking for a rear hi level brake light for my swift caravan and found this company, am I glad I did the customer service was brilliant from start to finish, sadly the light wasn't the right one but they had the one I needed, and he sorted this all out of office hours, this was received within 2 days and was so well packaged there was little chance of it being damaged and I was also given a very competitive price, I 100% would would have no worries of recommending this company and I will certainly be using them again!
