"This is by far the worst ever caravan dealer I’ve used "
This is by far the worst ever caravan company I’ve dealt with. A brand new 40k caravan that I wish I’d never seen now. From the start the salesman didn’t have a clue what he was doing, the handover was appalling and I knew more about the caravan than the guy showing me around it did. Then I took the caravan to a show as that’s what it was purchased for. The fridge wouldn’t work either on gas or hook up.
After taking it back to YC to see what the problem was it was agreed by Dometic to replace a part. I’m now 4 months on and 6 shows of 5/6 days per show without a fridge. The part still hasn’t arrived and the fridge still isn’t working.
Totally appalling company in every way from sales to after sales to actually keeping me in the loop. Never again will I use them.

"Shocking after service "
After initially a fantastic experience buying the van from Joe who was brilliant and accommodating, picking the van up again a good experience was shown how to use everything, a few bits needed fixing so photos taken and noted so parts were being ordered for us, they helped us hitch up and we left being told we would hear from them when parts had arrived and one would come directly to our home address, this was 20th April... We are still waiting for parts, have had more issues within the warranty period which have been discussed with warranty saying they will sort, but we've chased up no end and still waiting for everything to be sorted. Absolutely disgusting service once left the yard with a van!!

"What a Gem of a Company "
I found this gem of a company by accident and I’m so pleased I did. I was searching for a part for our caravan and without much success or help from other companies I tried.
I messaged ycleisureonline.com and got a reply from Stu. I was so impressed by how helpful he was, he asked for a few details and got back to me asap with the exact part I needed at a good price and delivery. The part arrived as promised, well packaged. I will certainly use this company again in the future and recommend to family and friends. All went well Stu and thanks again. Mary

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
Aftercare is an absolute joke, having purchased a caravan in Jan a stress fracture appeared above the door after 2 months which had already been repaired badly, I returned the caravan under warranty to be told that it wasn't covered. After much arguing they completely washed their hands of it and refused to do anything about it. While in their care they caused more damage to my van and have bodged that repair leaving scuff marks, hanging wires and rear light cluster not fixed properly. I wish I had checked with Trustpilot before I'd purchased form this company. I've had 4 months of stress, heartache and lost holidays and now have a 5 grand repair bill to get my caravan right. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.....

"Don't go in a motorhome."
We were returning from a break in our motorhome (it's only 5.5 mtrs) we needed a few things so, as we would be passing, we decided to call in, have some lunch, get what items we needed and see what motorhomes they had in stock. If anyone else is thinking of going in their motorhome then my advice is DONT. The only parking is in the carpark, in normal car sized bays. Now we did ask if there was any alternative parking but was told no, park in the car park, but doing this means if anyone parks near you then you won't be getting out untill they've moved. We just didn't want to take the risk of being trapped in their car park for hours so left, hungry and item less.

Absolutely shocking and I would avoid.
Purchase of new van snagged with issues since the day we agreed to buy it. Last one not getting anymore they said. We signed up. A week later they advertise the van we have bought for sale - at a reduced price. First complaint.
Handover day came - they couldn’t get computer working as they have had a virus. Finance system not working. No back up system and no way were they going to speak to finance nor release the van. In the end savings used and van released - minus rear number plate and motor mover slipping.
Discovered one cushion inside covered in silicon, missing Alde jack and Bailey handbook. Warranty claim submitted and finally after chasing Bailey they dispatched the parts directly to me.
Still waiting for my receipt as it seems they can’t produce one
We move on. More warranty for front blinds as main item. Parts arrive after a year wait. Van booked in and needed for four weeks. Time passed. Four weeks up and van not touched because they have people off sick or on holiday.
I’d like to go on holiday
Collecting the van myself with the parts and taking it up with Bailey
Buyer beware is all I will say.

"Stay clear of this cowboy outfit."
Bought a caravan 3 months ago, collected and on the way back one of the decals came away, Contacted them and since then had been nothing but promises and lies. Firstly said the decal was on order then they were getting 2 done so both decals matched,After waiting now 3 months and they do not even answer any of the emails I send to them. Beware warranty and customer service means nothing to them as long as they get a sale. I think the rating's on here shows just what sort of firm they are to deal with. It's also telling that they never reply to any post that is put up on here to try and justify the appaling service they give.
