"Holds packages hostages and demands payment…"
I am an international teacher from Texas. I needed an online mail service that would send me packages that I had in the United States in the mail to me in Laos. I had heard from other expats that iPostal1 worked with them. I checked their website and contacted their customer support team for verification. They assured me that when I signed up with them they would ship them to me in Laos. So I signed up. A month later when my packages started to arrive I went to the app and tried to send them out but the app wouldn't let me. I contacted customer service. They told me to contact the mail center so I did. The lady at the front desk told me she would talk to the mail center staff in charge. She came back telling me that the app was wrong and they would send the packages out to me. I just need to pay them more money cause I owe them storage fees for the package that I had consolidated earlier. It was too big and they had to move it to another slot. I said fine. I get paid at the end of the month. I will pay for everything them and we can ship everything then as well cause I'll have more coming in. She said she would make sure nothing disappears. At the end of the month what I had budgeted to pay them wasn't enough cause the company increased what I owed them for storage. It went up to close to $300! I paid it anyways cause the desk clerk told me they couldn't do anything shipping wise unless I paid. Then I called her back to work on the shipping but she told she couldn't do anything and I needed to contact customer service. So I did. But customer service wouldn't answer. I called her back and she gave a number to call. That number answered and told me they couldn't do anything to help me and connected me to customer service again. They never answered. I went back online and chatted with another agent who said she would contact the mail center and get back to me when they answered her. The next morning, I saw I never got an email so I chatted with another agent. That agent told me she wanted to send the packages only to someone in the states. I told her I'm not in the states and then I received another invoice from the company stating they wanted more money for storage, which means they won't ship unless I pay that fee. I called the mailing center to tell the front desk lady that the customer service isn't helping me. She took my address in Laos and told me she would talk to someone to get the shipping amount for me. I told her she would need to use DHL. She said she would email me back. I woke up this morning to find she email saying she couldn't do the shipping on her end and that I would have to use the app knowing full well I can't do it on my end. I tried to call her several times this morning but she never picked up the phone! They are holding my packages hostage and they are going to demand storage fees constantly knowing that all I want to do is have my packages ship to me.

Had a very bad experience with them. They cheated me out of 40$ because they didn't want to recognize my documents. Miserable company!

Though we got off to a bit of a rocky start, the iPostal1 representatives have been extremely helpful in rectifying the problems. They were quick to refund money's spent on our USPS form 1583 when the original site was no longer accepting customers requiring us to choose another business and redo the form.We finally received our first mail in our new box!
