Same with me, did not state anywhere that it was a subscription, and they took nearly 50€ off my account after 4 weeks, when i wrote to them that i want my money back, because i used their app only once and found it usless, they wrote back that they will not give me back my money. Total scam.

This company is a complete scam. Money hungry losers. You'll get absolutely no correspondence after the initial email. I didn't even remember setting this up until I got a charge of $111 off my credit card today. They refuse to refund your money. Nice way to steal a person's money when you don't send any subscription reminders like all legitimate companies do. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Seither nunmehr werden mir 49,99 abgebucht ohne einen Zugang oder eine Info !!
Nach mehreren Mails und Beschwerde über pay pal ( die mir in diesem Fall nicht helfen konnten )
Wurde mein „angebliches“ Abo sofort gekündigt und die mir angezogene 49,99 rückwirkend erstattet.
Deswegen ergänze ich hier meine Bewertung für den versuchen guten Kundenservice

This is super sketchy.
I signed up for this after seeing an ad on Instagram. I was under the impression that it was $19.99 for a class, and I thought that was a good deal. Literally NOWHERE was it advertised that this was a subscription. Fast forward to 1 month later, I get a $49.99 charge to my card. I received no notice of renewal email, so of course I wasn't able to cancel prior to the charge. I then try to log into the website, and see no spot to cancel or even view my "subscription." So I email, and they claim they've cancelled, but would require video proof of my dog "not following my commands" to receive a refund. As of today, I've emailed back sharing my thoughts and also saying that I'm not comfortable sending a video of my dog to get MY money back.

SCAMMERS! The product is crap and the auto billing means they can keep on debiting your account and if you think you can just cancel, think again! The process for cancelling requires an email to the seller who don't respond. Then when you try to charge back it gets declined because there is no cancellation confirmation from the seller. I also cancelled my PayPal after this experience as I was able to prove that I did everything correctly to cancel the subscription but because the seller didn't respond I got left holding the can, apparently that is somehow my fault that the seller ignores correspondence!

This program is poorly videoed and dubbed making the execution of the training difficult. There is a lot of dialogue and very little showing you how to train the dog.
The worst part is I was under the impression I had signed up for a trial of 1 month £19.99 only to find they have been taking £49.99 for the last 3 months and refused to give any money back.

Scammers!!! They stole 79.99 on me and are refusing to refund me!! I signed up for a trial and it wasn’t made clear that the subscription renewed itself and that the fee would be 79.99.
