Typical subscription scam! The initial trial period is very misleading, somewhere in the fine print you agree to being charged $80 and they will not refund you. It's very difficult to cancel. I had to cancel through PayPal. The videos are OK but not worth the $$$.

I'm finding this training really helpful and my dog has come along in leaps and bounds thanks to the excellent advice!
My only negative is that the video/ audio is a little off. It was off-putting initially but I have got used to it.

TESTABO 1 Monat für 39,99 € abgeschlossen. Nun werden alle 3 Monate 79,99 € via Paypal abgebucht. Totale Abzocke. Man bekommt keinen Hinweis, dass man das Test-Abo kündigen muss. Werde Anzeige erstatten!!! Auch keine Reaktion vom Betreiber!!!

Heute hat sich der Support gemeldet, entschuldigt und zumindest 79,99 € zurückerstattet. Immerhin, - finde ich Klasse!!!
Es sollte jedoch wie es sich gehört, nach Ablauf des Test-Abo's ein Hinweis auf Fortlauf des Abo's oder Kündigung kommen und nicht einfach der Betrag abgebucht werden. Trotzalledem zufrieden.

This is definitely a scam. I opted for a heavily discounted trial which I was happy to pay for. The content is rubbish and I didn't use it after watching 1 session.
3 months later they take £79.99 from my account. I requested a refund 3 times but told me I didn't meet the criteria for their refund policy.
I paid through PayPal so raised a dispute with them, who ruled in my favour and was refunded straight away.
They are deceitful thieves. Don't let them get away with it

Mir wird des öfteren mehrmals im Monat 79,90€ abgebucht .
Ich bitte höflichst,mir auf diesem Wege mitzuteilen wie und wo ich kündigen kann.

ABO-FALLE - 😡😡 Das ist unglaublich - zuerst 49,90 Dollar und jetzt satte 119,99 Dollar ohne Ankündigung und Bestellung abgezogen. Probeabo abgeschlossen und rechtzeitig storniert. Trotzdem jetzt wieder über PayPal abgebucht. Ich hoffe nur das ich das Geld wieder retour bekomme. So eine Sauerei von doggyplan aber auch. 😡
