A little trouble finding personnel at drop off but when we found her she was extremely pleasant .

it took over 30 minutes to complete the car pickup formalities at the RecordGo counter at Tenerife airport South. This was mainly because they were unable to 'find' the car we had reserved.
Collecting the car from the car lot and returning the car at the end of our rental was straight forward. However, it would have been helpful if a simple map of where to find the car collection point had been provided as it was about as far away from the terminal exit that it could be.

Great experience with Free Rent. Our flight was delayed and we ended up picking up the car the following morning but there was no penalty for this. It transpired that we could have paid an extra amount for someone to have kept the office open beyond 20:00. C’est la vie!
Helpful staff, decent car and very reasonable price for the rental.
