Это была первая покупка через данный сервис, и она приятно меня удивила. Очень быстрая доставка (в пути было 9 дней), и товар плотно упакован. Надеюсь, при дальнейшем использовании Дзен Маркета он и дальше не будет разочаровывать.

My complaint is in my last 2 order, first of all, i had my package shipped, already paid and get email confirmation that my package is shipped along with ems tracking number and the ems invoice to my email, but after like a day or two i got message that my package has a wrong weight and i had to pay for the difference due to weight calculating error they made and realize after 2 days of shipping my package. on top of that when they message me they didn't even said a sorry word. after i snide it they do tho. So yeah bad customer service experiences and facts that they made the customer clean up their mess.
Next one i got duped by mercari seller and they really don't do anything bcs they said description say so, but the fact when i purchased it, the description wasn't like that, so the seller change description after i purchase it, sadly as i had no concrete proof despite they know the seller change the description, they wont do anything.
i like how zenmarket UI is simple and easy to understand and i enjoy the credit system they had and purchase a lot little by little to gain loyalty, but since its going to be reset after 4 months, leaving my effort useless without even able to enjoy lv3 despite i should've, so those 500 yen fee per item really just become needlessly expensive. and my last 2 shipments has been unpleasant. im looking for alternative now.

Alles top! Zum ersten mal auf zenmarket bestellt, war alles sehr gut erklärt und ich war immer bestens informiert. Bestellung über Weihnachten und Neujahr hat zwar etwas gedauert wurde aber trotzden schnell in sehr guter Verpackung geliefert.

Excellent packaging & turnaround time for the price. They always are very careful about packing while being realistic and efficient about the space needed for each item.

Extremely expensive service (you are charged at absolutely every possible step). But this is not what is the worst. I had problems with delivery time (yes because they are so sloooooow to take action), and eventhough customer service was replying rather quickly they were completely unefficient and lack any humanity. So you'll only get "templates" as replies (that's why they reply quickly I guess) and they play dumb and stall the action that should be taken.
I think they are not professional and it is absolutely NOT the "Japanese way" of taking care of customers and try their best to satisfy your needs. This is such a shame for Japan. I could go on with all the problems I had and their incompetence but I spent so much time and energy trying to sort things out that I can just say: AVOID THEM. And chose another company that does the same.
I will never use their service again.
