"Each single order canceled"
Started using Zenmarket at the beginning of dec 2024, i placed 9 orders on amazon and each single one was canceled over the course of 3 weeks including one where i asked “if all remaining collectibles had shipped at all due to all the cancelations”. It “definately did and the items would arrive within 3/5 days”, only to have it be canceled as well (HOW??? If it has been shipped???).
I’ve decided to withdraw all my stalled money. I’ll be going back straight to my former proxy service, never had ANY issues, just a shame they don’t have amazon on there (which is why i came to Zenmarket AT ALL). Shame…such a shame…

ZenMarket is a Good Platform and they try there best to meet the customer. However i had a bad experience with a seller "js_brandshop" who are selling Fake Brand Handbags! Zenmarket should be aware of these kind of sellers. But also I had good experiences with other Sellers on ZenMarket!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with ZenMarket and will never use their service again.
I placed an order for a product, and the website confirmed that the purchase was possible. Based on this confirmation, I transferred money from my bank account to my ZenMarket account. To my surprise, 5 euros less arrived than I had sent, even though I had carefully followed the exchange rate. I then transferred the remaining 5 euros via PayPal to make up the difference, only to encounter an error message stating that ZenMarket had already reached the maximum allowable quantity for the product.
WHY was this not checked during the initial process, before I transferred my money?
As if that wasn’t bad enough, when I requested a refund, I received 25 euros less than what I had originally sent. This is absolutely unacceptable.
ZenMarket is unreliable and dishonest. I strongly advise against using their service. Save yourself the headache and avoid this site at all costs!

"Problemy z wpłatą na konto i komunikacją"
W trakcie zamawiania musiałem wpłacić pieniądze na konto Zenmarket, jednak po zabraniu pieniędzy z konta bankowego i otrzymanym potwierdzeniu pieniądze nie pokazały się na koncie zenmarket. Mimo podania wszystkich niezbędnych informacji na odpowiedź od supportu w tej sprawie trzeba czekać godzinami przez co produkt który chciałem zamówić został już dawno kupiony przez inną osobę. Minęły już ponad 24 godziny a ja nie mam ani produktu ani pieniędzy i wciąż czeka na rozwiązanie całej sytuacji. Następnym razem skorzystam z innego pośrednika, który od razu pozwala zapłacić za produkt bez dodatkowego bawienia się z wpłacanie pieniędzy na konto. Żałuję straconego czasu i nerwów.

"Exorbitant, unjustified fees for poor services"
I started using their services during the pandemic and I would recommend them to everyone I came across who wanted to purchase stuff from Japan. It is unfortunate, but I will stop because the way they operate has gone downhill to the point it feels like a huge scam. It is unbelievable to order a 200JPY magazine and have to pay, first of all, 500JPY for their service fee and an additional 800JPY fee for the transport WITHIN Japan. Several times I ended up paying twice more for an item because of these fees that I have to cover out of my own pocket. Transport withing Japan should be covered by them. After all, I do not live in Japan and it is mind-boggling that I have to pay for that when I also have to pay for the standard international shipping. The amount of money is not justified for how they services operate. Late replies to orders, right after they go out of stock. They have raised the 300JPY fee to 500JPY, saying it is for the sake of a bigger warehouse. If so, how on earth does it take several days to pack items (mind you, outside of the holiday season)? How did their services operate excellently during a global pandemic but now, without imposed restrictions, they have become worse? I have been a frequent client and when they made changes to their loyalty program to, undoubtedly, take more money from us, they have brought my existing loyalty points to 0. It is entirely possible that soon enough they will impose a tax for bad weather, who knows. Unfortunately, they have become a total scam and I advise everyone to stay away from them.
(These occurrences have happened across this entire year, including today.)
