I had to contact AVA a couple of times to ask about their products and also for help with ordering. Having used the Chat Bot I was very pleased to get a really helpful and prompt reply from a real person. Rachel really knew her stuff and was able to answer my questions about water pressure with a lot of detail. It has given me confidence in dealing with this company to purchase a pressure washer that will meet our specific needs.

Jeg ventet 3 uker på at en reservedel skulle komme inn, og når den kom så bestilte jeg og fikk ordrebekreftelse på det. Så 2 dager etterpå kommer det kontrabeskjed om at dere jobber med nytt lagersystem og at delen IKKE er på lager, synes dette blir uprofesjonelt.

Great company to deal with. I have a AVA H70 Pressure Washer which is brilliant. Recently had a cracked internal pipe in the gun due to frost damage. Their customer service is superb, very responsive and helpful when dealing with any issue.

Spare part order has been cancelled by AVA after 4 weeks promise of delivery.
Unfortunately, this has been a really poor quality product with equally poor customer resolution. Instruction from AVA is to reorder spare part in April.

Might be a nice machine when I can use it but first time of use, the lance O ring is split and you don't actually get to speak to anyone about it.

Don't buy unless you are happy to deal with any problems via email.

I've been sent to their troubleshooter than gives me a link to online store via email to BUY MYSELF O RINGS

ALMOST EVERYTHING IS OUT OF STOCK.

I just need to return this I think because I don't need an ornament in the shape of a pressure washer.

Great product; easy to use and assemble. Value for money. Ideal for cleaning the cars. The wheels work well on block or resin paving but not on gravel. Can be pulled over easily if not careful. There appears to be provision for a metal foot to be inserted in the front. This would improve stability.
